CARL'S CLASSES Introduction All Classes at RRC are Performance Based.  The learner reads and listens to the material and applies the knowledge in their life and in market place.  Throughout the process the learner can Journal in My Place.  They can record theirs and others reactions, comments; feelings and forward questions for help or clarification.  This information will become the heart of their personally developed manual as they go forward.  Throughout the process they can interact with Experts.   At the end of the classes a student passes or fails based on what they do with what they learn.    Since there is no cost to attend, they can always come back anytime for a refresher and update information In some cases there maybe a Certification test if it is a business opportunity course.  In addition, there is an opportunity to investigate degree granting schools as well
